On the flip side, a routine and quite predictable second half spoils the fun.Annapurna Studios have been churning out some meaningful films from quite some time now. An entertaining first half, and superb performances from Nithin and Adha Sharma will be loved by the youth. On the whole, Heart Attack is one film which will probably boost NithiinвЂ™s career. Puri Jagan manages to showcase the ideologies of todayвЂ™s youth with a simple and interesting love story. The entire first half runs on an interesting screenplay. Nithin has been styled wonderfully, and looks handsome with his western looks.

Dialogues are good and have the trademark Puri style punches. All the songs and fights have been canned stylishly.

All the songs are entertaining and make the film lively.Д¬amera work is top notch and captures Spain beautifully. As said above, Anup Rubens music is a big asset for this film. Heart Attack is high on technical aspects. There is absolutely no entertainment and emotional depth as he just hurries up with the film In the second half, he falters completely. There are absolutely no twists in the second half, and the Puri mark screenplay is missing in this part. Once Ali makes an entry, everyone expects huge doses of humor, but sadly his role is quite disappointing. For the rest of the film, the plot becomes routine with villains making an entry and hero saving his heroine.Д¬omedian AliвЂ™s role is yet another drawback in the second half. The excitement drops drastically after the first 15 minutes in the second half. Prakash Raj impresses in a small role.ДЄfter an entertaining first half, one would expect the same tempo in the second half. The film has stylish action episodes which will be liked by the youth. All the songs are top notch and have also been shot lavishly. Comedy episodes featuring Brahmanandam and his family are highly entertaining.ДЄnother major asset of this film is Anup Rubens music. Her chemistry with Nithin is sizzling and has the talent to go a long way.ДЇirst half of the film is youth oriented, and has all the trademark Puri Jagan dialogues and scenes. She looks glamorous and also manages to emote really well. NithinвЂ™s looks, dialogue delivery and heroism are at peaks in this film.ДЄdah Sharma makes a stunning debut with Heart Attack. He steals the show with his highly energetic performance. Heart Attack is a complete Nithin film right from the start. What is that condition ? Why did Hyati decide to keep love away from her life ? Does Varun realize his love towards Hyati and chase her down? For all these questions, you need to watch Heart Attack on the big screen. After a certain point, Hyati falls in love with Varun and expresses her love to him, but with a condition and leaves to India. As expected, Varun eyes Hyati and starts chasing her for a causal relation. On the other hand, Hyati comes to Spain to help her friend with her love affair. One fine day, he lands in Spain and spots Hyati(Adah Sharma). He does not believe in commitments and spends a carefree life. Varun(Nithin) is a happy go lucky guy who keeps travelling all over the world. Lets read on to see whether Nithin scores his hat trick hit or not.
